We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team! We offer competitive salaries and self-scheduling.
Nurses are responsible for the following:
Assess clients' conditions Record clients' medical histories and symptoms Provide required documentation each shift Administer patients' prescribed medicines and treatments Notify Case Manager of change in condition, medication changes, physician appointments, falls, and any other pertinent client information Communicate with physicians when appropriate Contribute information to existing plans of care Consult and collaborate with doctors and other members of the healthcare team Operate and monitor medical equipment Analyze results of diagnostic tests Teach patients and their families how to manage illnesses or injuries Educate clients and their families on warning signs and symptoms of disease and managing chronic health conditions Oversee Home Health Aides Job Type:
