Summary:
The Caddie Supervisor will assist the Caddie Managers in the daily operations of the caddie program, including acting as the main supervisor on the range to manage the caddie lineup and greet golfers.

Responsibilities:
Back up to Caddie Manager/Assistant Caddie Manager in the Caddie Manager's absence Back up to Caddie House Manager as needed Checking in of caddies upon arrival and communicating needs to caddie manager on duty; ensuring caddies are ready and report to their posts at appropriate time Monitoring arrival of golfers to the range to ensure bags are set up and caddies are there promptly to greet them Monitoring arrival and check in of caddies to ensure all players are matched to an appropriate caddie and any absences are covered Communication to caddies, golf ops staff, and program managers to resolve any issues and complaints Daily recording of absences, disciplinary issues, and caddie payouts to be reconciled by Caddie House Manager, proper filing/reporting of all daily documentation Flex scheduling of caddies to meet the requirements of daily play changes Positively communicating changes and areas of improvement to caddies, program managers, and other departments as needed Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to advocate change and make real time decisions Education/
Experience:
Previous supervisory/management experience required Experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment preferred Knowledge of the game of golf and golf operations strongly preferred Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions Must be able to function efficiently in a noisy, chaotic environment with multiple distractions The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list; additional tasks may be assigned to the employee at the supervisor's discretion.
