About the role Join our houseman team in providing exceptional service to our membership, guest, fellow coworkers, and management team.
In doing so, you will be tasked with the responsibilities of not only maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance upkeep of our facilities and properties, but also being a part of the team that takes Sage Valley to the next level.
Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of all cottages, the clubhouse, and all other buildings as assigned by the management team.
Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the properties.
Drop off and pick up linen from designated locations.
Perform light repairs and maintenance.
Move heavy equipment, furniture, material, and supplies.
Drive company vehicles, equipment, and carts.
Strip, wax, buff, and seal floors.
Full carpet cleaning and spot cleaning.
Request supplies when low or if needed to perform required responsibilities.
Pressure washing.
Changing light bulbs and filters.
Removing straw from gutters and roof valleys.
Inspecting the proper operations of appliances, remotes, and other electronic devices.
(Repairing them if needed).
Following a list of duties and assignments, while adapting to changes at a moment's notice.
Perform other tasks and special projects outside of the day-to-day operations of the department.
Requirements Team oriented.
Self-starter.
Ability to work overtime and past scheduled times to achieve the day's work.
Flexible to work shifts starting at 4am, 6am, and 8am (mostly 8 hours from start time).
Hard worker.
Punctual and dependable.
