We manufacture four quality exposed fastener panels (Panel-Loc, Panel-Loc Plus, R-Loc, M-Loc) and a concealed fastener panel (Horizon-Loc).
We also provide trims, gutters, accessories and a variety of purlin profiles in red oxide and galvanized finishes.
In January 2005, Central States entered into a licensing agreement to produce and distribute trapezoidal standing seam products.

Central-Loc, which is a snap together panel and Central Seam Plus, which is a mechanically seamed panel.

Summary:
Provide HR Generalist - Recruiting divisional duties.
JOB DUTIES AND
Essential Functions:
Performs full cycle recruiting for all job classifications and supports the onboarding of talent into the organization.
Conducts benefits administration, benchmarking, and wellness program implementation.
Conducts Worker's Compensation administration and return-to-work case management for work related injuries.
Analyzes labor demographics, administers compensation programs, and provides research/benchmarking analysis within the industry to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness to the job market.
Provides administrative support for performance management programs and provides guidance/coaching to supervisors and managers.
Develops, coordinates, and/or facilitates training content to end users.
Develops and provides support to employee engagement and retention strategies.
Assists with the development, implementation, and deployment of HR policies, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Leads continuous improvement and project initiatives within the department and across the company.
Exhibits HRIS experience with developing reports, system administration, troubleshooting issues, developing solutions, improving efficiencies/effectiveness, payroll time and attendance, and training system users.
Provides reporting, analysis, and corrective action support for the HR Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Maintains knowledge of HR related laws, requirements, and government reporting regulations, ensuring company policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Maintains employer of choice status through demonstration and application of CSMI's company culture and values and ensuring this is integrated into the talent acquisition and assessment process.
Coordinates site and community events.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience One or more years of HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment Microsoft Office proficiency Strong organizational, planning, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills Proficient HRIS knowledge and experience with implementation of HR software solutions This is a safety sensitive position Consistently exhibits and displays the company's values of Own It.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
